To spin, a little girls dream that doesn't leave even as the girl becomes a lady.  Those dresses that flare just need air filling them to get the full glory.  I follow the movement of these women and girls as they perform their method of dance - the twirl.  But every dancer, twirler, and movement needs music and therefore I include the music makers and those that make others dance.
